At the quotation stage, Expert Sales Technicians gather all pertinent information from the customer. Design criteria, specifications, and standards (API, ASME, DOT, NEC etc.) are called out. A formal quotation is then transmitted to the customer. At the sales order and design stage, drawings are reviewed and approved by our Engineering Department. Final drawings and job orders are then sent to the shop for fabrication. QA receives a copy of the sales order and a complete set
of final drawings. All technical equipment manuals, parts lists, material test reports, hydrostatic test charts, x-ray film along with reader sheets, and all other testing documentation are gathered during the fabrication of each unit and placed in a QA job file.
QA checks are made at strategic points during the fabrication of each unit.
After completion a final QA check is conducted to verify the readiness of the unit for delivery. The customer is then notified of the completion.
A Quality Assurance Manual is then compiled consisting of equipment technical manuals and other specified information, as called out on the drawings and sales order. This same information is kept on file for a minimum of five years.
Our shipping department ascertains delivery instructions, including date, delivery time, driving directions, and any specific customer requests. This information is then given to the delivery driver.
